The customer support I received from your company was awful. Your employees were quite possibly the most unhelpful cs reps I have ever dealt with. Evidently Jesus has been resurrected in the form of all of your employees are incapable of making mistakes (and no doubt walk on water). Despite divine lineage, they do need to brush up on what customer service entails, namely helping the customer. There was a point in my life where I blamed someone else for mistakes that I made, however, I soon reached the age of 10 or so and started to accept responsibility for my actions. Obviously, your rigorous pre-hire screening was unable to weed out those that never reached that point, seeing as every person I spoke with in your company approached my problem with this same attitude. In dealing with your employees, I was once again reminded of a child, one who hears something they don't like, puts their fingers in their ears and screams LALALALALALALA. |
