Bad claim service

Slow and inaccurate entry of new car information resulting in Tag office woes. Multiple trips and phone calls required with no service from the agent. I had to do all the leg work and calling for Safeco's mistakes. The agent was rude and expected me to do everything for him to quote "help" me. It wasn't my mistake to begin with and certainly they should be able to perform a simple data entry task and send it to the state. I can just imagine what my experience would be like trying to file a claim. They couldn't even handle my changing cars.

Safeco insurance is dishonest. I had a wreck in June 15, 2006 and still have not settle claim. The other auto has safeco. They made me an offer of $2000 for pain and suffering. Then went to $2500, but when I got a letter from them the amount was $2300. I am still in pain and they do not care.

Pray to GOD that you never have to deal with this company. They will rip you odd and treat you like dirt. A safeco customer ran into me and the estimate was written for half the damage and it took 4 days for the adjuster to send the body shop a supplement. Everyone talked to go progressively ruder and more company!

had Safeco auto for 20 years. Had my first accident 2 weeks ago. My Civic was rear-ended by a Lincoln Navigator while I was stopped at a signal. The first person I talked to at Safeco told me that (1) it was my responsibility to contact the other party's insurance co. (2) it was my responsibility to negotiate a settlement with them, (3) it was my responsibility to collect my deductible from them. The customer service went downhill even from this low point. SAFECO SUCKS~!!!!! I have paid them for 20 years for exactly NOTHING!!!!

I feel safe with my Cadillac insured by Safeco. The rates are the best around and their customer service is phenomenal. I'm not too sure about their agent companies though. A lot of them are 2-bit corner businesses with workers that have bad attitudes. I've called Safeco and given the names of all the individuals that I felt were rude to me even in the slightest. Hopefully they will lose their jobs. Safeco will eventually become the largest insurer in the US.

Safeco is one of the best Insurance companies.I have recently joined to insure my family and my vehicle insurance. Safeco provide good services and handle their customers with care and respect. They are always in the front when iam in need.

Actually i got insured from the other company. I found the quotes of Safeco online and found that they are 33% lower than the existing policy. I decided to wait for my existing policy to expire and decided to go for Safeco Insurance for my Auto and Health Insurance.

It also focuses on various other services like automobile purchases and house loans. Safeco Insurance have also started providing reservations and renting car for traveling. I'm the policy holder from the past 2 years and i haven't faced any problems so far. It has the best customer support and cool offers.
