Initial customer service contact when making purchase was great. Cost of policy was even better when compared to Progressive. BUT that is where it ended. Our only claim has been a disaster. From the attitude of our adjuster , to alot of standard coverages under most other insurance companies all of a sudden become "optional" with Response. And guess what they are not offered at the time of purchase unless you make the request. We feel completely hoodwinked by this company. My advice is to read your declaration page VERY closely. We would not reccomend this insurance to anyone!!!!!
