Dental is horrible. I'm a dentist and I have to fight tooth and nail for them to pay. I don't have the staff to do this so we end up sending a lot of patients to collections. They do pay 100% for an exam. I did some fillings and they said some of them were not medically necessary

I was lied to about orthodontic coverage.....told 12 months and turned out to be 24 months!

Disability insurance is horrible.Worst customer service in this or any industry.You will wind up homeless and starving waiting for a check for an ongoing claim.They try every excuse in the book to try and deny claims.Why are abominations like this allowed to exist in this country???

They do not cover real dentists only a small list of childrens and discount providors. They're still insisting on Silver/Mercury fillings only. Fail.

This insurance is the WORST . Im trying to find a dentist for my 8 year old that will honor this insurance . I'm on my third dentist now and still no appointment they want you to pay for it yourself and they figure out ways to make that happen. The WORST.

Awful...after saying "yes, your bridge is covered" its now "We didn't think you really needed it, we are not paying for ANY of it."

met life screwed me on a claim my house was trashed by my renters that moved in the middle of the night .i tured in a claim for the damage met life went from room to room telling me this was not over my dedudable.they did this to all the rooms and there for denided my claim so think twice before you use met life

Waste customer service and waste banking. They have deucted double premium from my account with out my knowledge.

Dont ever buy Life Insurance from Metlife!!!!! It took them more than at least 3 months (still waiting) for the process, and even when they said the check is sent, we've waited at least 10 days and the check still nowhere to be found!!! Such liars!

They are the worst. Coverage is non existent.Original dentures were in 2003. 2007 I paid for out of pocket, upper dentures. They ended up being not so good, and have cracked. decided to go to another doctor . So now that 5 years has passed since MetLife covered any I am getting a new set, submitted a claim, they will not cover because I had a set made in 2007. Even though I paid for those out of my own pocket.
