I never wanted to feel the tensions of my life including my insurance policy when I approach the customer care centre of an insurance company. I just switched my homeowner's insurance to Liberty Mutual. Their prices and coverage were so much better than my policy through American Family. So far, my experience with them has been very positive.

I love Liberty Mutual. I bought my first hous about a year ago. Last spring we had bad storms with high winds. They sent an adjuster the very next day and told me that my roof needed to be completly replaced. I had a check for the depreciable value within 1 week. After the work was done, they sent an inspector out the next day. Within the 10 days I got the rest of my claim. Everybody was courteous and respectful. Since I never had to do this sort of thing before, I had a lot of "dumb" questions. Every one was very patient and helpful.

We are having nothing but trouble from this company. My husband was hurt on the job, and the adjuster who is supposed to be helping me is cold, unhelpful and just plain miserable to deal with. She is insisting on sending my husband so far from where we live, when we are only minutes away from a huge Hospital/Medical Office Complex. My husband is flat on his back in pain, and they want us to go pick up files. Good Luck with this company. My next call is to a lawyer.

I am yet another victim of Liberty Mutual. I owned two cfars, one fo which was broken into twice, the first time damaged, the second time damaged in another attempt. After filinf the second claim, my truck sat in the shop for three weeks. I was advgised they would let me know what was going on, then heard nothing. They then told me I was being "investigated", and a fraud investigator would call me that day. AFter receiving no call, I attempted to get anyone to talk with me for two weeks. They "investigated" my claim, I provided aLL RECEIPTS ETC, AND THEN THEY DISAPPEARED AGAIN! The repair shop was going to charge me for storing my vehicle because it took so long. They then paid the claim, and I cancelled my insurance. I received a refund for the remaining balance, but now, 6 months later, I receive a collection notice for nearly 200.00! No explanation, nothing. I was never notified or asked about any further charges, and the collection company told me they didnt have to notify me. BEWARE! I am complaining anyway I can, so we'll see what happensNYWAY i CAN
