I HAD AN ON THE JOB INJURY IN JUNE 2008 AND LIBERTY MUTUAL FINALLY GOT MY SURGERY DONE IN APRIL 2009. I WAS DENIED COVERAGE FOR THE FIRST THREE WEEKS OFF BECAUSE MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR TOOK ME OFF WORK. NOW I HAVE TROUBLE GETTING REIMBURSED FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES. THE LAST TRAVEL REPORT WAS SENT TO THEM OVER A MONTH AGO AND THEY SAY IT WAS SENT AND THEY ARE DOING A TRACE ON IT FOR TWO WEEKS NOW.
