Humana has ALL kinds of hidden exclusions everywhere you turn. They will approve procedures and visits only to later deny them AFTER your visit and after giving authorization. Their sales reps LIE to get you enrolled, I mean BOLD face lie. Disgusting. Corporate doesn't care either.
