Humana has been my health insurance plan for the last three years. I was surprised to see how fast my enrollment to their scheme was done. When I gave the basic information they have asked for in the online form, they responded back with a list of plans and the deductibles for the various plans. I was able to customize the plan and the plan was entirely mine. You could know how happy I was when I got insurance plan for me and my family according to my expectations and dreams.

They are very good on price, customer service, claims is even good. But prior conditions they are terrible. For the smallest problem....they completely won't cover that part of the body. If you had a c-section....forget it. It is a prior condition and they won't cover anything with a baby delivery.

Humana has consistemtly ignored my requests for a new payment (2007) coupon booklet dspite my four calls to its customer service numbe. Each time the person promised to see that the oversight (along with a letter notifying me of a 50% increase) would be corrected. This all began in Jan '07, it is now March!
