Need Proof of Insurance for the state of Arizona. They Have suspended our license plates as they claim there is no Coverage which we have had for years. Hartford has changed our Policy Number a few months ago and did not notify the state. Now I`m required to pay a reinstatement fee to the State which is not no fault of mine that Hartford didn`t send notice to the State of Arizona. Please Notify the state. Policy No. is 59PA 967999.

After you have been on long term disability for a couple years, Hartford Insurance hires Triad Investigation Service to go to your neighborhood to video you and your family without your knowledge. Even though doctors have submitted the necessary information stating that you are unable to return to work, Hartford discontinues your monthly benefits. They require you to them hire a lawyer to sue Hartford in court to reinstate your benefits.

In the summer of 08 I was diagnosed with Parkinsons and wasnt allowed to drive to any more. I have been fighting with Hartford ever since. They keep harrassing me for my payment. They have have all asked for , the Dr's note , even proof that I sold the car! They are sending me nasty notices up to 2 times aweek. Every time my son calls them thogh , they keep him on hold forever, transfer after transfer.. then tell them They see where we did send them all the info they needed and it will be corrected. He's had this conversation with them now 3 times ! I want the harrassment to stop !

I've been a member of Hartford Insurance for the last five or six years. Since then I've never received a type of Annual Policy Summary. Do we get annual reports? I have a monthly payment but don't know where it's going. Please let us know.

An individual covered by HARTFORD INSURANCE in Florida hit me in front of DUKE UNIVERSITY MEDICAL ENTER EYE CENTER (assult with motor vehicle). I reported to the persons' insurance and I had witnesses and after they said they had investigated they contacted me and said they were going to send me a check for $50.00 for my time. To me this tells me that a persons' life is worthless. People can hit you as if you are a dog and nothing is done. I have been driving since I was 16 years old and has never hit anyone.

the hartford ins co. refused to pay the balance of my std beacuse i did not submit all my personel medical info from my personal p medical provider. i gave them all the surgeon and personal dr info. i pay for this thru my emplyer. it has nothing to do with my personal insurer. there was no way to appeal and closed the claim without even notifing me. they really have the worst service i ever had. and rude and short.

Hartford contested a Death Claim and began an investigation into my mother's death before the Death Certificate was issued and I actually filed a claim. My mother supplied HArtford with 10 years of medical records before the policy was underwritten and now they want the same informetion given to them again. I feel Hartford negotiated this VUL contract in bad faith.

They canceled my auto insurance because of none payment and didn't get a bill, letter, or call. Only found out about it 14 months after it was cancelled with a small claim. Unbelievable. I tried to talk to someone about how it could have happened and couldn't find anyone to talk to. claims people said they didn't handle it. No local presence and internet didn't respond.
