what should have been a 4 day repair ended up being a 2 week in shop repair with 2 weeks prior to that getting everything approved. Not impressed. Agent was no help. Adjuster would never return calls had to call 2 supervisors to get results. Quote was $3500. I received $945 initially. They wanted to put used body parts on vehicle. Body shop refused. Then had to wait on another ck for $975 just to get vehicle back.

Called to get a quote for insurance. The amount the agent said I needed to replace my home was 50k more than what any other company estimated. The guy ended up telling me the extended replacement with upgrades equalled an amount more than my house and land (lot)together. When I informed him that this policy would be fraud since this is more than the house and land together, he told me the company would not allow him to insure my house for less. Even with a total burn down, the land, slab, copper pipes and fireplace are usually still there. Theres a difference in under-insured, adequate coverage and being screwed.

I had a water loss and was happy the claims rep came out immediatley. I then received the repair estimate and was informed when I called the office that the claims reps supervisor who never saw the damage re-evaluated my claim baseds on what he saw in the pictures. Do not risk your home to a company that uses such deception as immediate service and under paying for the damage.

Horrible experience. Kept changing quotes. Office would not get back with me.
