Blue Cross Blue Sheild of Minnesota: frustrating,every customer service rep you speak with is polite but nothing gets resolved.Faxes to them are denied as every having been received, (deny,delay,frustrate the client and hope they give). I had thought I had a good insurance plan,but then I was healthy up till now.

What's the point of a nurse hotline if the nurse won't help you? The problem wasn't life threatening and yet she was completely unhelpful and vague in her suggestions. I pay quite a bit per month for health coverage and expect quality service. If given the choice, I would switch. I'm not happy with the way in which yu have to choose DR's either. Absolutely rediculous!!!!!!!

They don't let you know the exclusions and limitations and pay only what is reasonable. i got screwed using blue cross and am still paying hospital bills from 2 years ago when i had a major accident and they decided nto to pay because the hospital (where i worked and went to for the emergency) was not in their network! My ass... I will NEVER do business with blue cross again.
